I went in without a clue. They were extremely helpful, both in guiding my decisions on a stylistic basis and in educating me in the practicalities of tile setting. They provided me a large section of references for tile installers, and even advised me to have the tile guy order to save money (contractors get a small discount). I will go back when I finally decide to re-tile that old shower!
My experience with Mission Tile has been 100% positive. As a design professional it is important for me to have access to samples which they always seem to have on hand or within days if custom order pieces. Their selection is great and includes out of the ordinary products. Order placement is well organized with good communication on lead times. Most importantly, everyone who works there is kind and helpful. I’ve seen them swamped and have been there when it’s quiet as well. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They seem to tune-in to each customer as soon as they are able to, and they all do that very well.
My wife and I have used Mission Tile for over twenty years for various projects. We just went in for some samples for a new fireplace and once again were given lots of cheerful help and advice. I don’t post many reviews but I actually enjoy shopping for tile there, and that says a lot.
